This quarter we welcomed five graduate engineers into the robotics, AI and marine operations teams, part of a growing effort to build homegrown subsea robotics talent in Nigeria.
The graduate programme pairs each new engineer with a senior mentor and rotates them through vehicle assembly, sensor integration, and live operations support before they settle into a specialism.
We are building this fleet with people who want the work to matter. Subsea inspection that used to require a diver in the water can now be planned, run and reported on entirely from the surface.
